I’m a busy mum of three boys, life is hectically beautiful.

Eat With Nic came about at the end of 2021 as a creative outlet to share my love of cooking. I had thrown together a shepherds pie for some friends after the birth of their first born and when I was asked for the recipe (to which there was none, other than what was floating around my head that day) I knew that it was time to share my passion. Since then it has blossomed into recipe development, food photography and content creation for myself and others.

I have a strong passion for capturing (and creating) food. Food is such an essential aspect of our daily lives and photographing the organic, everyday beauty of soul fulfilling food is truly a joy!

I am based in Adelaide, Australia and offering local and remote services to businesses looking to highlight the beauty found in their fresh produce, meals and baked goods. I love a bit of movement in my photos and am not afraid to jump in and make a mess, all in service of getting that perfect shot.
